Staying with good friends Chris and Pete at their beautiful converted mill in Painswick! We all love walking so managed 2 long walks of around 10kms, one around Painswick and the other to Haresfield Beacon and Standish Wood.
And we spent a morning in Stroud at the markets savouring all the local produce.
On the Sunday, Pete, Chris, Ben and I went for a walk around Minchinhampton and then had lunch at a pub nearby. Today was the third anniversary (if you can call it that) of our dear Maurice’s passing so we raised a glass in his honour. I was so lucky to have spend some amazing times in the Cotswolds with Maurice, Chris and Pete. We all have lovely memories.
